Senior Chief, Vincent Harris Moore, United States Navy, 37, passed away unexpectedly at home in Menifee, on Dec. 11, 2010. He is survived by his best friend and wife of 16 years, Mary; sons Kaleb and Noah, sister Amy Moore of Hemet, brothers Tim Moore of Eagle Rock & Geoff Moore of Menifee, father Harris Moore, and mother-in-law Lynn Campbell of Hemet. He is also survived by nephew Jonah Hurst and niece Cymoni Moore. Numerous cousins, aunts & uncles also survive him.Vince was born in Covina, CA to Harris & Judy (Daverin) Moore. He enlisted in the United States Navy in 1992, and during his service was based in Bremerton, WA, Monterey, CA, Biloxi, MS, and San Diego, CA. He was currently a member of the Fleet Weather Center San Diego. He will be greatly missed by his sailors, the Chief's mess, and peers alike, for whom he had the utmost regard.He enjoyed cooking, riding his Harley, coaching soccer and any activities involving his young sons.A Memorial Service will be held Friday 17 December at 1000 in the Naval Air Station North Island Chapel.
