Our beautiful Shannon Kristine Mann Brown gained her angel wings on August 3, 2017 was born on June 18, 1981. From the day she was born she has been simply amazing. She is the oldest of eight children. A mother, daughter, sister, wife, best friend, niece, and Aunt Shanny. As an entrepreneuress, an HR Executive, life/career/success coach, Shannon believed in always living life to the fullest. She believed in God, Jesus, heaven, and miracles. She believed in holding hands, loved cheap sunglasses, and expensive perfume. She believed that snowy days are gifts from heaven. She will be forever our 11:11. There are no ways to explain the amount of courage and strength my Mom had. She fought from beginning to the end and didn't let a single thing stop her. Along with her hectic schedule and ever changing condition, she still managed to find the time to provide me with everything I need to be the best person I can be. The opportunities that she has given me will forever aid me in my journey wherever it may be. She loved people with every ounce of her and everyone who she exchanged with during her time here felt her spirit. I can only imagine to grow up to be as amazing of a woman as her. With the support of all of my loved ones I know that we will rise from this and grow. Shannon served as a survivor, mentor, and facilitated support for the Care Project. The Care Project is a nonprofit organization that provides emotional and financial support to male and female breast cancer patients. There donations will fund the new grant created in her honor to be named by her daughter, Madison Alexandria Faith Brown. The grant will go to one patient diagnosed with cancer under the age of 35.
