Richard Dowl Shrum, age 61, passed away at home in Temecula, California with his family by his side on Sunday, February 14, 2010. He was born on December 11, 1948 in Idaho. He is survived by his wife, Carol Knight; and a brother in New York. A memorial service is planned for 2:00 P.M. Saturday, March 6, 2010 at England Family Mortuary in Temecula.The family is accepting flowers as well as donations to the American Cancer Society.
