Rae Arlene Shroy Hoffer, 98, passed away the morning of October 13, 2021 in the caring arms of her family at her home in Winchester. She was born July 10, 1923 in Middletown, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of the late Adam Shroy and Violet Diffenderfer Shroy. She was married to Kenneth R. Hoffer of Lebanon, PA for 52 years. Rae is survived by her daughter, Donna Hedges, and her son, Rodger Hoffer of Winchester, CA, 3 grandsons, 5 great grandchildren, and her brother Richard Shroy of Steelton, PA. Rae enjoyed making greeting cards, reading, playing cards, and spending time with her family and friends. A celebration of her Life was held on October 24 at England Family Mortuary. She will be interred at Grandview Memorial Cemetery, Lebanon, PA at a later date.
