Paul E. Fowler was born March 11, 1953 in Springfield, Massachusetts to Leonard and Thelma Fowler. He served in the Marine Corps 20 years from 1976 to 1996. During his 20 years tenure with the Marine Corps he toured several states and countries including Iraq and Afghanistan.
Paul continued his career with the Federal Government. He worked 22 years at Camp Pendleton as a Director of Telecommunications. Paul was a dedicated husband, father, brother, and uncle. He will be remembered most for his love of weekly golf with his best friend Steven Waynick.
Paul departed this life on November 27, 2018, and was preceded in death by his father and mother, Leonard and Thelma Fowler. He leaves to cherish his memories his wife Cynthia Fowler and son Paul E. Fowler II; 3 brothers: Leonard and Samantha Fowler, Donnie and Becky Fowler, Richard and Fifi Fowler; 2 sisters, Gloria Fowler and Michele McBride; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Albert and Sylvia Bookman; his brothers and sisters in law, Alan, Don, Deborah, Pamela, Richard, Stephanie, Kenna, and Kenya; along with a host of nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.
