Mike was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma. At age 2 his family moved to California. He grew up in La Mirada and Manhattan Beach where he graduated high school. He had a passion for surfing, fast cars, aviation, fishing, speed boats and water skiing. He worked in the Aerospace industry for over forty years, traveled extensively throughout Europe, Asia, Australia, US. He earned his Bachelors degree from the University of Redlands in 1980. He married his wife Ann in 1977. They lived in Huntington Beach, CA for 23 years, had a second home at the Colorado River for 27 years and have resided in Temecula for 18 years. Mike is survived by his wife Ann, daughter Anna, two grandchildren, and one great grandchild, one sister and two brothers.
