Lucia Carol Niles, age 63, passed away on March 20, 2011 in Temecula, California. She was born on February 25, 1948 in Illinois. She is survived by her loving husband, Robert Niles; and her children and extended family. A memorial service is scheduled for Thursday, April 28, 2011 at England Family Mortuary.
