Our beloved mother, Lucia Fratto, joined her husband, Frank, on March 26, 2018: they were happily married for 64 years! She was born in Bangor, Pennsylvania to Joseph and Concetta Capobianco. She has two living siblings Marie Robertson (Ray-deceased) and Dr. Steven Capobianco (Lucille). Her brother, Dr. Faust Capobianco and his wife, Jane, preceded her in death. Family and friends were a huge part of her life. Mom liked to crochet, and many of you may be a lucky recipient of her beautiful work. Over the years, she loved to craft, read, play cards and Mah Jongg. She is survived by three loving daughters: Cherina Jaeger (Roger), Marilyn Rebman (Gary) and Connie Carroll (Tom), five grandchildren: Jennifer Guinn (Chris), Robert Jaeger (Regina), Kyle Rebman, Bryan Carroll, Jessica Carroll and four great grandchildren: Cora, Jonah, Jeremiah and Caleb Guinn.
