Long time Temecula resident, Lawrence Lasagna, died on March 31, 2014 at the age of 88. He is survived by his wife, Helen, and daughter Mary. Mr. Lasagna served in the European Theatre during WWII, receiving the Bronze Star and Purple Heart for wounds received in Germany in 1945. A visitation will be held at 9:00am prior to the Funeral Mass at St. Catherine Catholic Church. He will be buried with military honors at Temecula Public Cemetery immediately following the Mass.
