Jose Guevara Torres passed away January 20, 2022 at the age of 83. He was born July 2, 1938 in Jocotepec, Jalisco, Mexico to Sabas and Alejandra Guevara. He migrated to Oxnard, CA with his wife Maria Amparo Guevara and established a beautiful life where he raised eight children. Jose had a great sense of humor, always made everyone laugh, had a deep love for Cadillac cars, enjoyed listening to music, fishing and spending time with his family. Jose was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He is survived by his wife Maria Amparo Rodriguez de Guevara, children Norma Imelda, Alejandra, AnaRosa, Jose, Julio, Jaime, Oscar and Sabas Antonio, along with 18 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to England Family Mortuary, Inc.
