U.S. Veteran Wildomar resident, James Edward Elder, died on September 14, 2009 at the age of 68. He was known to his friends and family as Ned. Mr. Elder is survived by his wife, Pat; daughters Rebecca Garcia and Tracy (her husband, Mitchell) Spann; and son, Jim; sister Rena Pilalas and brother William. Ned and Pat were blessed with 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and worked for Ralph's grocery stores for 45 years. A service to celebrate his life will be held at England Family Mortuary Chapel on Friday, Sept. 18, 2009, at 2:00pm. Pastor Brian Bell from Calvary Chapel Murrieta will officiate.
