LIFE'S JOURNEY
Henry "Hank" O’Neil Robinson was born on October 6, 1954, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Henry spent his early childhood in Greenville, South Carolina, before returning to Wisconsin, where he attended Palmer Elementary School and Robert Fulton Middle School. He graduated from Rufus King High School.
Hank proudly served his country by enlisting in the United States Navy and was stationed in San Diego, California. Following his military service, he eventually made San Diego, California his home, where he built a fulfilling career as a Radiology Technician at U.S. HealthWorks Medical Group. He later shared his knowledge and experience as an instructor, training future Radiology Technicians at Kaplan College.
Hank’s primary hobby was photography, where he embraced the beauty and opportunities that California offered, from its sunshine and blue skies to the many relationships and memories he created there. He approached life with dedication, kindness, and a willingness to give his best in all that he did. Above all, Hank cherished building a loving family and nurturing lifelong friendships.
Hank accepted Christ at an early age, his priorities were simple and steadfast: God, Family, Church, and Friends. He was a man who rarely said no when someone needed help, no matter the task. With a generous heart and a warm, gentle smile, Hank was always ready to lend a helping hand and offer encouragement to those around him.
He will be remembered for his faith, his kindness, his devotion to others, and the lasting impact he made on the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Hank was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Mildred Yarbrough. Hank leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving and devoted wife, Trina Robinson; daughter, Antonia (Roderick) Parker; son, Allen (Erin) Robinson; stepdaughter, Desha Davis; grandchildren, Antonio Parker, Roderick Parker Jr., Tristan Collier, Kennedy Davis; devoted sister Janice Moreland, brother Michael (Tristaca) Yarbrough, mother-in-law, Joyce (Ralph) Lenox; brother and sister in laws, Ricky Roberts, Sheila (Gary) Hall, Murray (Songea) Davis, Ernestine Davis, Charles (Christie) Davis, Roosevelt III (Bridgette) Davis, Kenneth (Virginia) Davis; nephews Timothy and Justin Moreland; devoted friend/family Liz Robinson and the entire Robinson family, the Pretlow family and a host of many loving family and friends.
