Obituary

Franklin, born on June 27, 1971, in Whittier, California, passed away on June 16, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family.

A devoted husband, father, son, brother, and uncle, Franklin was known for his unwavering work ethic, remarkable attention to detail, and dedication to excellence in everything he did. He believed that understanding how something worked was just as important as completing the task itself. If he didn't know the proper way to do something, he would take the time to learn, research, and master it. His determination, intelligence, and reliability earned the respect of everyone who knew him.

Above all else, Franklin was a family man. He worked tirelessly to provide for and support those he loved, always placing family at the center of his life. His presence brought strength, stability, and comfort to those fortunate enough to know him.

Franklin had a lifelong passion for sports and was a dedicated fan of the Cleveland Guardians and Newcastle United. He also loved following Formula 1 racing, the Tour de France, baseball, and European football. Whether watching a game, following a race, or discussing the latest results, sports brought him immense joy and provided countless memories shared with family and friends.

Franklin also believed strongly in giving back to his community. He dedicated much of his spare time to community clean-up efforts and volunteering at Mission Hope in Temecula. He found fulfillment in helping others and quietly making a difference in the lives of those around him. His generosity, compassion, and willingness to serve reflected the kind of person he was and the values he lived by every day.

Franklin is survived by his loving wife, Jacqueline; his sons, Arie and Emerie; his father, Gary; his sister, Melanie; his nieces, Selina, Marissa, and Alyssa; and his nephews, Darren, Steven, and Gabriel.

Though his passing leaves a tremendous void, Franklin's legacy of hard work, dedication, integrity, service to others, and love for family will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew him. He will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever cherished.
