Evelyn Byrd was born May 17, 1938 in Joliet, Illinois.

She valiantly worked to recover from sepsis centered in her heart, she passed from this life September 1, 2023 at the Loma Linda Hospital in Murrieta, CA.

Survived by husband Cois Byrd, Murrieta, CA, daughter Lori Byrd Trudeau, husband Dr. Dale Trudeau, Solana Beach, CA, son Gerald "Jerry" Byrd, wife Marisa, Los Angeles, CA, grandchildren Michelle Trudeau, San Diego, Colby Trudeau, Encinitas, CA, and many nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the England Family Mortuary, 27135 Madison Ave., Temecula, CA, September 26, at 10:00 AM. Burial follows at the Olivewood Cemetery, 3300 Central Ave., Riverside, CA at 1:30 PM.
