Donevilay was born March 22, 1983 in Laos to Thong Phanh (Jai) and Sang Oudinarath. He passed away on September 10, 202. Donevilay, along with his father Thong Phanh, mother Sang and sister Niphaphone came to the United States in February of 1989. Donevilay grew up in Goleta, CA and attended Dos Pueblos High School, graduating in 2001. He continued his schooling at the Santa Barbara City College. He loved dancing, sports cars, and listening to music as well as spending time with his niece and three nephews. Donevilay opened up a printing shop called Same Day T-shirt in Riverside. He is survived by his father, Thong Phanh, sister Niphaphone (Patrick) White and Katie, brother Michael, niece Kayla, nephews Vincent, Dominic and Lachlan. Donevilay will be cremated at Creekside Crematory in Murrieta following the service and laid to rest with his mother, Sang.
