Donald R. Cogan, age 65, passed away on Monday, September 3, 2012 in Menifee, California. He was born on December 7, 1946 in California. He was a resident of Sun City and was a Dentist for more than 30 years. He earned the honor of Eagle Scout with the Boys Scouts of America. He faithfully served the United States as a member of the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. His loving wife, Lois Cogan; his children, Robert and Darren; his mother, Beatrice Cogan; brother Stuart Cogan and his wife Sharon and their children David and Michel; step-daughter, Kelly and numerous nieces and nephews survive Donald. A memorial service is scheduled for Friday, September 7, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at 38057 Augusta Drive, Murrieta, CA 92563. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donation be made to City of Hope in Donald's name.
