Born March 19, 1920 in Ceylon, Minnesota, Clara was the third child of five children born to Carl and Bertha Larson. She graduated from Iowa Lutheran Nursing Hospital as an RN, joined the Army as a 2nd Lieutenant and met and married Glenn H. Miller, a 1st Lieutenant at Camp White in Medford, OR. Most of their married life, Glenn and Clara lived in Chula Vista, CA. where they raised 2 children, Susan and Bruce. They eventually retired in Hemet, CA. Clara is survived by her two children, Susan (Jim) Lupo of Murrieta, CA. and Bruce (Cindy) of Bend, OR. She also leaves behind five grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. She will be missed by all. Her memorial service will take place at England Family Mortuary, Temecula, CA. on April 2, 2019 at 11:00 am.
