On Tuesday December 13th, 2016 Billy D'Aquino passed away suddenly in his home from a heart attack. He is survived by his wife Tammy D'Aquino, daughter Briana D'Aquino, 21 years of age, Son Derek D'Aquino, 17 years of age, mother Della D'Aquino, Brothers John and
Tommy, sisters Debbie, Diane, Donna and his loving nephews, nieces, and numerous other relatives. He was preceded in death by his Father John D'Aquino, sister Denise D'Aquino, and nephew James D'Aquino.
Billy was born June 3rd in 1961 in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania. He grew up in Hagerstown, MD. Billy graduated class of 1979 from St. Maria Goretti Catholic School. He then attended Frostburg State University where he graduated with a degree in Computer Science and a second degree in Business. He worked over 30 years in the Insurance and Banking industry developing software.
He left Hagerstown after graduating to move to California and Roommate with his sister, Debbie, in Laguna Beach. He fell in love with California as well as met and fell in love with his wife, Tammy D'Aquino. They were married on November 3, 1990 and just celebrated their 26th year of a loving and happy marriage.
Billy brought so much love and joy to his family and friends. An athlete in every aspect. Playing collegiate soccer, avid golfer, skier/snowboarder, surfer, dirt bike rider. He accomplished his goal of completing a full marathon in San Diego just prior to turning 50. Billy was admired by many and was recognized for being a wonderful loving active father. He was a selfless man who always put everyone's needs before his. He will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him.
