Ajit Singh Sohi was born on March 2, 1937, son of the late Sardar Phuman Singh Sohi; and Sardarni Chand Kaur Sohi in Pharwali, Punjab, India. Ajit was the youngest of four brothers and one sister, he grew up in Pharwali, Punjab and was married to Balwinder Kaur Sohi from Gujjarwal, Punjab. Together they had two children, his son Mandeep Singh Sohi and daughter in law Manjeet Kaur Sohi, and daughter Ramnish Kaur Grewal and son in law Jagtar Singh Grewal. Along with eight grandchildren, Justin & Shereen, Jasmine & Jaspreet, Karan & Ravinder, Aran, and Riya and great granddaughter Zoraya Kaur Sohi. Ajit Singh Sohi and Balwinder Kaur Sohi immigrated to the United States in 1999 and lived a happy life with their friends and family. On March 4, 2011, late Sardarni Balwinder Kaur Sohi, wife of Ajit Singh Sohi entered into rest. 11 years later, Sardar Ajit Singh Sohi has joined his wife now and will always be smiling down on us. He has left a huge impact on everyone's life, we know you will forever watch over us and may his soul rest in peace.
