Eddy Blalock

Eddy Blalock August 20, 1957 - October 11, 2015 Memorial Services will be held on November 5, 2015 at 2PM at the England Family Mortuary. Eddy, age 58, of Temecula, CA, passed away on October 11, 2015 while in Surprise, AZ visiting family. He served honorably in the U.S. Air Force from 1976 to 1986. After separating from the military, Eddy worked in various capacities in the medical field. He went back to school from 2010 to 2012 to gain certifications as a Pharmacy Technician and Licensed Vocational Nurse. His recent and most rewarding position was as an in-home health care nurse. He enjoyed working with his patients and helping them to regain quality of life. He is survived by his wife, Romi, of 35 years. He is also survived by two children, daughter Krystal Bodine and her husband, Andy and grandson, Nathaniel; and son, Nicholas Blalock and his wife, Mekenzie, and grand-daughter, Angilee with one more on the way. He is also survived by his mother, Loretta and her husband, Al, of Surprise, AZ; brothers, Kenny and Joe of Poway, CA; and Mike, of Republic, MO; sister, Susan of Colorado Springs, CO; sister, Davie Lessig of Surprize, AZ; and sister, Charlotte of Menifee, CA. Eddy was preceded in death by his brother, Gene and sister, Samantha.
