Mary Mae Newstrom
May 2, 1935 ~ September 23, 2016
Mary Mae Newstrom, 81 years old of Temecula. She was born in Kentucky on May 2, 1935, and went to be with the Lord on Sept. 23, 2016 in California. She is survived by husband Harold C. Newstrom, by daughter and son-in-law Rita and Richard Saks, by son and daughter-in-law Patrick and Sherry Purvis, by grandchildren Ambrosia, Joshua, Samuel, Nika, Hank, Eric, and Lisa, also great grandchildren Andrew, Nicholas, Gabrielle, Matthew, and Delilah. She grew up with her large loving family in Ohio. She and Harold were joyfully married for 36 years. She was a quietly strong lady, who loved her Thursday Bible Study, tending her roses, serving at church, crocheting, and spending time with her family. Her sweetness will be missed by all who knew her. A memorial service will be held Oct. 1, 2016, with visitation one hour before the service at English Family Mortuary, 27135 Madison Ave., Temecula, CA

Mary Mae was a classmate of mine. We shared many happy times together. We lived at the Anna Louise Inn in Cincinnati, Ohio and worked at Western & Southern Life Insurance together. She was a wonderful person and I will miss her dearly. Sorry for your Loss!

Mary Mae was a wonderful sister, although we were many miles
apart, we always stayed close and in touch. I will miss her very
much. Keeping her husband, children, grandkids, & her friends
