Mable Lemore Soulds

Mable “Ma Mable, Mama Mable, Momo” Lemour Soulds, passed away at Temecula Valley Hospital on Saturday, November 18, 2017 at the age of 94. She was born August 30, 1923 in Montgomery, Alabama to Johnny & Willie Ann Holmes. She married Edward H. Soulds (deceased) on January 14, 1944 in Yuma Arizona. She is survived by her brothers Alvin & Clifford Holmes, her children Gregory Soulds & Cheryle Soulds-Afkar and her grandchildren Morgan Soulds, Mehrdad Afkar, Amber Soulds & Dain Soulds. For high school Mable attended Montgomery Country Training School, and later attended Drexel University in Chicago where she obtained a degree in nursing. Ma Mable touched the lives of many. She enjoyed life all the way until she was called home to be with the Lord and passed away peacefully with her daughter by her bedside. She loved her family and would reminisce often about her years “in the country”. Ma Mable was funny, witty & clever. There was never a dull moment when in her presence and she will forever be missed. But as children of the Most High, we rejoice that she is in Heaven in her most perfect form with her family. Viewing will be held on Saturday, December 2nd, 2017, at 1-4pm. Memorial service will be held on Sunday, December 3rd, 2017, at 1pm at the England Family Mortuary 27135 Madison Avenue, Temecula, California 92590.
