Honorio Perlas It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Honorio Perlas, on January 12, 2018 at the Medical City Hospital in the Philippines at the age of 78. He was preceded in death by his parents: Honorio Sr. and Marcelina, and sister Luz Perez. Honorio is survived by his beloved wife Ruby Salazar; children: Catherine Perlas Zimmerman-Moyer (Wayne), Eddie and Dee Dee Jo Perlas, and Allan Perlas; loved by his seven grandchildren: Megan, Matthew, Michelle, Michael, Joanna, Emma, and Nathan; sister Bernice Mariano (Eddie); and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. Honorio was born in Manila, Philippines on April 26, 1939. He bravely served 20 years in the United States Navy and 25 years in Federal Civil Services. He loved his grandchildren, enjoyed serving others and being with family and friends. Funeral service to take place on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at the England Family Mortuary at 10am with Reverend Dr. Jack Schutte officiating. Interment to follow in the Riverside National Cemetery. The family would like to thank all the medical team that contributed in his care and all the family and friends for their love and support.
