Guestbook

  1. Evelyn is and will always be the most positive and inspirational person I knew from the past. How I know this is that as her ex sister in law she always was kind to me through my son’s Tom and Jeff her nephews. Not only that Aunt Evelyn truly took the patience and time to help not just my son’s her nephews but everyone she loves. This I know from her nephews Thomas and Jeffrey Difrancesco . God bless and
    ..

  2. My aunt Ev was an inspiration to us all. At an early age, she inspired me with music, exposing me to all kinds of styles from different genres. She was the first to expose me to the musical wonders of SoulTrain, and to this day it’s why I still have The Jackson 5 and Earth Wind & Fire in my playlists. I’ll continue to remember these good times and hope to inspire others through music, as she has done for me and many others. With love and harmony, -David Daniels.

  3. My cousin Evelyn was beautiful, inside and out. She was intelligent, loving; family was everything to her. AND…she had a fabulous sense of humor and she loved to laugh. I have so many fabulous and funny memories when I think of her. One that stands out is a time she had come back to Maryland for awhile. She had a beautiful voice…she really could sing. On this particular occasion, she was sitting on the car in our driveway…can’t remember why. This was in the 70s or early 80s. There was this song called “Torn Between Two Lovers”…a sappy, sappy song. Evelyn with her great make up and red lipstick was singing along….so dramatically and silly. I am laughing now, remembering how funny she was imitating the singer: torn between two lllooooovvvvvweeeerssss…lots of syllables and emphasis and rolled “r”s…. my God, she was funny.
She also could recite movie lines like a pro….especially “Taladega Nights”.
I loved her and I will miss her.

  4. My deepest condolences to you and your family.
Evelyn was a very special woman who will be dearly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time. If you need anything please feel free to call on me.
    Blessings
    Theresa
